Elevating Early Education and Care:
We’re deeply invested in upgrading and establishing crèches within each community we reach, recognising the critical role they play in early childhood development. Where farms lack on-site crèches, we’re actively involved in their registration and construction, ensuring safe, nurturing environments for children to learn and grow.
In Malawi, we focus our efforts on childhood development and sustainable vegetable gardening. These contributions aim to nurture young minds while promoting sustainable living practices, ensuring that communities can thrive both now and in the future.
Producer-Led Training Initiatives:
We contribute to and work closely with producers who are engaged in a variety of programmes focusing on psycho-social wellness, youth development, business management and financial literacy to benefit and uplift their staff. This includes collaborations with organisations like Procare and Solid Rock, offering a range of training initiatives such as boosting staff morale, employee wellness, financial wellness, stress management and preparation for retirement to name a few.
One of our customer’s foundations contributes to farms based on the products sourced. These funds are used to enhance the lives of farmworkers through improvements in infrastructure, education, and living conditions. Not only do we have study groups, but we also have producer groups on technical visits on the farms as part of our initiative.

Other Ways We Serve
Sports, Education, and Wellness:
We believe in the unifying power of sports and the transformative potential of education. By sponsoring community sporting teams and events, and contributing to educational facilities and training centres, we’re investing in the physical and intellectual health of our communities.
Involvement in local churches and Bright Star programmes further supports our focus on youth development and parental responsibility, ensuring that the next generation is nurtured with care and integrity.
Our contributions extend to institutions like Innovation for the Blind and Hearing Impaired and to various schools and religious institutions engaged in community projects. These efforts range from upgrading IT learning centres to enhancing sports fields.
Our personnel, in collaboration with organisations like Greenpeace and Rise Against Hunger, actively engage in sustainability projects, particularly on Mandela Day. These projects not only contribute to a greener planet but also foster a culture of care and responsibility among our team members.
