During January Exsa growers in the Hex River Valley received a visit from Waitrose’s Technical Manager Stefan De Cristoforo. The visit was part of the Waitrose Farm Assessment Programme. Prima Fruit is the UK importer that supplies Waitrose. A few days prior to the Waitrose visit, Kate Adams (technologist from Prima Fruit, UK) and Nadeem Khan (Prima Fruit technical division, South Africa) visited Exsa to assist with preparations for this visit. They also accompanied Stefan De Cristoforo on his visit to Exsa later during the week.
