Exsa is proud to announce the appointment of our new CEO, Stefan Conradie. Conradie, (43) has been appointed as CEO, effective 1 September 2018.
Stefan has a wealth of experience in the South Africa Fruit Industry and has held management positions in the commercial, organised agriculture and government sectors of the industry.
His employment history includes Commercial Director at Fruitways as well as CEO of Casidra, an implementing agency of the sole shareholder, the Provincial Government of the Western Cape. Prior to that Stefan held the position of Product Manager SA Pome and Stonefruit at Hortgro Services.
Stefan grew up on a fruit farm in the Ceres Valley in the Western Cape, Matriculated at Paarl Boy’s High in 1993 and studied Agricultural Administration at Stellenbosch University. In 2008 he completed his MBA at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
We welcome Stefan to the Exsa Team and look forward to introducing him to all our producers, clients and business partners in due course.
